T21 Fun-Run
Join the DSCBA and RUN for Down Syndrome!
The Down Syndrome Connection of the Bay Area is hosts their T21 FUN-RUN set to take place in the summer, at two picturesque Bay Area locations:
- East Bay at the Lafayette Reservoir in Lafayette and
- North Bay at Spring Lake in Santa Rosa.
This event promises to bring together over 200 participants for a memorable Fun-Run experience!

Walk at your own pace...we want this to be fun for all. Come enjoy the views, being with other DSCBA members and making great memories. |
What does T21 stand for?
Down syndrome is the number one chromosomal disorder and individuals with Down syndrome have an extra copy (3 instead of 2) of the 21st chromosome (Trisomy 21/ T21).
2023 Fun Run Recap
DSCBA's 2nd annual T21 Fun Run was on Saturday, 8/26/23Over 100 participants enjoyed a beautiful early morning walk or run around the Lafayette Reservoir's scenic 3-mile trail. A trail of families and friends wearing bright blue DSCBA T21 Fun Run T-shirts helped share ability awareness while opening conversations about the DSCBA's mission with several curious, friendly park visitors. Together, we raised nearly $10,000, allowing the DSCBA to continue to provide:
